It is rally hard to hold the temper especially when the one you are talking with wont stop talking those nonsense things but awfully hurt you.
For you to control your temper, you must take deep breath first and realize that everything can be handle depending on the attitude you have shown. In my experience, it comes a time that I cant control my temper and then I cried, that was so embarrassing.
You also must go away with someone who will make your anger rise up. When someone is teasing you ignore that person and walk away , nothing will happen if you continue to hear those frank words that will definitely cannot hold your temper. Realize that if you easily get angry then there will be no one who wants to be friends with you so that you really have to control your temper in a proper way. Dont get angry easily if someone is teasing you just, keep on smiling and think that soon those person who's trying to tease you or bully you will screw themselves soon. Dont even think of having a revenge as it may give more problem and more temper to hold on. Better way is just ignore.
